What the report delivers

We translate the standard into quantified performance, technical documentation and an executive reading.

The scope was designed for engineering teams that need to prove NBR 15.575 compliance for thermal and daylight performance without losing the ability to communicate the result to CAIXA, to the developer, to sales and to marketing.

What sets the report apart, with a comparison of deliverables
What the report assesses

Fully focused on meeting NBR 15.575 for thermal and daylight performance.

Thermal

Design performance

Thermal behaviour simulated with clear readings by room, by tower and by compliance rating.

Daylight

Compliance by room

Illuminance checked and daylight performance read using the accepted method.

CAIXA Selo Azul

Items 2.2 and 2.3

Dedicated analysis of the Selo Azul items, with the technical rationale built into the report.

Extra

3D platform

Results analysed on HYGGE's own platform: compliance, sunlight exposure and solar radiation.

Extra

Statistics

We produce a statistical analysis section for your development.

Extra

Sales book

A deliverable that speaks plainly to non-specialists, giving marketing and other players a basis to understand the development's result.

Reading the platform

The dashboard turns technical analysis into something the client grasps at a glance.

783 lux illuminance in the selected room
76.9% Average PHFT in the dashboard example
14.1 °C lowest temperature reported in the selection
26.0 °C highest temperature reported in the selection
Platform dashboard with thermal, daylight and microclimate readings
Example of the platform, with room-by-room readings and technical evidence ready for a sales presentation.
When it makes sense

The 4 critical stages where the report creates the most technical and commercial value.

NBR 15575 is mandatory for every development to be built, setting out the minimum performance requirements and criteria that must be met.

PBQPH
01

Design study

Assumptions and architectural decisions set where they most affect performance.

02

Municipal approval

Technical documentation aligned to reduce friction between the permit design and performance.

03

CAIXA audit

Compliance evidence organised for a clear reading of items 2.2 and 2.3.

04

Design coordination

Clashes resolved before construction, avoiding rework and stopgap fixes.

The HYGGE team
HYGGE's work

More than 900 projects and work in 4 countries.

HYGGE structures the report from the modeling and the assumptions through to the consolidation of the technical and commercial material. The result is a package that serves engineering, the CAIXA audit, the developer and the sales team without relying on a sampled report.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions come up before the first simulation.

Do you use the prescriptive method?

No. We use the computational simulation method. Since 2025 the prescriptive method is no longer accepted for daylight performance.

Do you use sampling to cut costs?

We do not produce sampled reports. Our cost stays competitive because of the technology and the modeling workflow, so 100 or 1,000 houses do not scale our effort proportionally.

Can I wait until construction is finished?

No. In many cases the best moment is during design or coordination. The earlier the diagnosis, the lower the risk of rework and of stopgap fixes on site.

Is the report accepted by CAIXA?

Yes. The material is structured to hold up under audit review, including the analysis of items 2.2 and 2.3 of the CAIXA Selo Azul.

Do you simulate every tower?

Yes. The report's scope covers the simulation of every tower, with no substitution by sampling.

What comes beyond the report?

Beyond the report, we deliver a platform with a 3D model, statistical analysis, a reading of CAIXA items 2.2 and 2.3, and a sales and marketing book to present the result.
